Privacy Policy: The personal data that you give us is yours and we keep it safe and private. We will only access your account to help you with a problems you might have. We do not upload any files unless you ask us to. We log all access to all accounts by IP address, so we can always verify that no unauthorized access has happened. ____________________________ Personal Information We Collect When registering on our Site, you are asked to enter your name and email address. This allows us to send you updates, essential information, and invoices if you upgrade your account. When you personalize your profile, you may also enter your mailing address and phone number. All transactions (subscriptions, orders, & transaction fees) are processed through a gateway provider and are not stored or processed on our servers. We do not have access to this information aside from the last 4 digits of your credit card as an identifier. ____________________________ Data Retention To delete all of your online account information from our database, sign into and go to the Personal Data tab under Edit Profile. From there you can modify and/or remove your personal data. You may also request to delete your account under the Personal Data tab. The item must be undamaged, unworn, and unused with tags still attached within 14 days of the notification that the item will be returned. The supplier will also provide a return/refund policy for any damaged or defective items as long as any claims are placed within the agreed upon 5 days of the item being received. Customers will contact the retailer with any requests for return and the retailer will then contact the supplier.
